When you want to print a document, you may choose "Print" and your preferred printer, but nothing occurs. To return your printer status from printer offline to printer online, follow these simple steps to fix canon printer offline error.
• Select Control Panel, then Devices and Printers from the Start menu in the bottom left corner of your screen.
• Select "See what's printed" from the context menu when you right-click the printer in question.
• Choose “Printer” from the menu bar at the top of the window that appears.
• From the drop-down box, choose "Use Printer Online."
